House Rules

Welcome to our cottages! We wish you a pleasant stay and kindly ask you to follow the rules outlined in these House Rules, which are designed to ensure the peace and safety of our guests.

After reading the rules, please confirm your acknowledgment by signing.

1. Reservations can be made in person, by phone, by email, or through our website domkiosadazieleniec.pl.
The reservation is confirmed upon payment of a 30% deposit to the bank account within the specified period (up to 3 business days).
The deposit constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of the House Rules.
In case of changes or cancellations, the deposit is non-refundable.
The deposit is fully refunded only if the service cannot be provided due to the facility’s fault.
The remaining balance is payable on the day of arrival.

2. A security deposit of 500 PLN is collected on-site.

3. The total amount for the stay is paid on the day of arrival.

4. Check-in: from 4:00 PM | Check-out: by 10:00 AM.

5. Unused services during the stay, or shortening/interruption of the stay, do not entitle the guest to a refund or price reduction.

6. Guests are required to maintain order on the premises and use property according to its purpose (plants, equipment).

7. Guests must strictly follow fire safety rules and regulations.

8. Smoking inside the cottages is strictly prohibited. Smoking is allowed only outdoors. Violation incurs a 1000 PLN fee (cleaning, washing, and fire service costs).

9. Unregistered persons may stay on the premises only with prior consent from the hosts.

10. Please do not disturb other guests or neighbors, and observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

11. When leaving the cottage, please turn off all electrical devices (lights, TVs) and lock the entrance doors.

12. Parking on the premises of Osada Zieleniec is free and unguarded.

13. Pets are allowed in designated cottages with prior notice, consent from the owners, and payment of the applicable fee.

14. We are not responsible for loss or damage to guests’ property.

15. Guests are asked to leave the cottage in the same condition as found, including washing dishes and disposing of food waste. Otherwise, a cleaning fee of 200 PLN will be charged.

16. Children must not be left unattended.

17. Guests are asked not to walk inside the cottages in outdoor shoes, especially high heels or ski boots.

18. Guests are financially responsible for any damage, loss, or destruction of equipment and facilities caused by themselves or their visitors. Any damage must be reported to the hosts immediately.

19. Guests are responsible for damage caused by children under their supervision.

20. Hosts are not responsible for temporary inconveniences caused by independent service providers, such as power outages, Internet, or TV disruptions.

21. Hosts reserve the right to refuse services to guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs, those acting aggressively, or in cases of severe violation of the House Rules, without refund.

22. Due to the family-friendly nature of the cottages, we do not accept groups for bachelor or bachelorette parties.

23. The House Rules are made available to guests via the website [www.domkiosadazieleniec.pl](http://www.domkiosadazieleniec.pl) and through individual acknowledgment by the guest.
